James joins BTCC with ES Chevy

Chris James will make his British Touring Car Championship debut this year in a Chevrolet Lacetti run by his own Team ES Racing squad. James, whose Lacetti competed in the Swedish and Scandinavian series last year, said he was "excited, but nervous," to be moving up to the BTCC, and is keeping a lid on expectations. "I'm not expecting to be mixing it with the likes of [Jason] Plato and [Matt] Neal in my first season," he said.
