inRacingNews Challenge Competiors Battle in West Virginia
They say you can?t please everyone, no matter how hard you try, and the folks who make the schedule for the inRacingNews Challenge undoubtedly understand. Week 10 of the iRNC saw the Pontiac Solstices and Spec Racer Fords take on the Jefferson layout of Summit Point Raceway, the teams? fourth visit out of five to SPR, and not everybody was particularly pleased about it. Some folks called it a ?cancer? and ?cringed when they saw it on the schedule,? whereas others welcomed it with open arms. Count Chris Hughson in the latter category; after calling it ?the Martinsville of road courses,? he went out to win 33 of the 34 races in which he competed on the week, including 31 of 32 in the Ford.
